Thank you for visiting and shopping at Progressive Desk. All products listed on the website are in stock and available for shipping to any country in the world. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
We currently offer free shipping on orders of $35 USD or more within the contiguous 48 United States and Canada. Orders below $35 USD may be subject to applicable shipping charges. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for orders shipping to Yukon, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories.
For shipping to destinations outside of the USA (48) and Canada, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-828-9414 or send us an email at sales@progressivedesk.com.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within the same business day. Orders received after 3pm PST are processed the following business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In case of a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping methods
We work with different shipping companies to ensure a smooth delivery process. Our smaller items are shipped via parcel and our very large items and bulk orders are shipped via a freight carrier service.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs Duties and Taxes
All shipments outside USA and Canada may have import fees or duty charges upon the delivery, will vary from country to country. For more information please check with your customs department in your country about the import policies. Customers in USA and Canada do not pay duty taxes.
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
